Mindfulness is about being fully aware of your life, however it is, whether positive, negative, or neutral. This awareness enables you to be the one in the drivers seat and making the decisions.

If you are interested in becoming a more active participant in your life and stepping out of AutoPilot consider joining one of our up coming 9-Week Mindfulness Courses! These courses are not therapy, while I am a therapist and will be using lessons learned from that experience to ensure this training is accessible and can help an attendee’s mental health, I will not be providing therapy.
